A more thorough maintenance clean designed for homes that need extra attention beyond our Quick Clean Package but don’t require the full detail of our Complete Clean. This service focuses on refreshing high‑use areas, and keeping things consistently clean and comfortable.

This package includes:

- Dust entire home with dusting wand

- Sanitize all light switches and door knobs

- Clean one bathroom per visit, including:

•   Sink and countertop
•   Toilet
•   Tub and/or shower
•   Bathroom mirror

- Clean kitchen sink and countertops

- Quick wipe stovetop

- Sweep/vacuum all floors

- Mop all floors

Bathroom Rotation:

This package includes cleaning one bathroom per visit. If your home has multiple bathrooms, you may choose which bathroom is cleaned at each visit. This allows you to rotate between bathrooms from visit to visit.

$160 Flat rate (tax included)

This package is a deep clean + maintenance hybrid. It provides a thorough and efficient cleaning service for your home, focusing on key areas to keep your home looking and feeling fresh. 

This package includes:

- Dust entire home with dusting wand and sanitize all light switches and door knobs

- All interior windows washed

 - All walls spot cleaned

-All mirrors washed

-Change all sheets (no bunk beds; basic bed making only- no tucking or decorative staging)

- Wash all bathroom sinks, tubs, showers, toilets and countertops

-Wash dishes by hand, wipe tabletop, counter top and quick wipe stovetop

- Quick wipe front of all kitchen cabinets 

-Quick wipe microwave, fridge and oven: inside and out (no food items moved during fridge wipe)

- Cat litters dumped and washed (up to four, must have access to utility/laundry sink)

- Empty all trash cans, take bags to garage or outside trash cans

-Sweep / vacuum all floors

- Mop all floors
